My approach is rooted in the belief that healing and growth unfold naturally when we bring gentle awareness to our lived experience. I see therapy as a process of coming home to yourself—a space to explore who you are beneath the expectations, roles, and patterns that may have shaped you. Rather than trying to fix or change you, I work collaboratively, creating a safe and reflective space where everything you feel and think is welcome.

I draw from an integrative blend of therapeutic and depth-based approaches, informed by mindfulness, relational work, and a non-judgmental awareness of the present moment.
